These are not structural biology roles, but I thought there would be some
overlap with the skills of people on this forum. We are looking for innovative
people to join our startup company, LabGenius. We engineer proteins with both
enhanced and entirely novel functionality with the use of machine learning and
automation: https://www.labgeni.us/

Protein Characterisation Scientist: We are looking for a scientist with deep
protein characterisation experience using a range of biophysical techniques
(e.g. MST, ITC, SPR) to assess protein-protein interactions. As part of our
Protein Analysis team, you’ll help to push our groundbreaking candidate
molecules through discovery and in vitro characterisation. There are also
opportunities to work closely with the Data Modelling team to rank candidate
molecules/design next-generation screening libraries, and collaborate with the
Commercial team to design product characterisation strategies. Preferred
candidates will embody passion for antibody and protein engineering through
rational design and molecular evolution approaches.

Data Engineer: We're looking for an Data Engineer to lead the move of our data
processing and computation pipeline into the cloud. As part of our data science
team, you'll work with data scientists and software engineers to build a
platform to facilitate training and predicting from models as quickly and
efficiently as possible. You'll form a crucial bridge between our investigative
data science work and our production learning and optimisation platform.
- Own our ML platform, from design to implementation.
- Contribute to the development of our Python backend services.
- Play a key part in shaping the development and direction of our software
platform
