[ccp4bb] Publishing structure of a protein

Hi,
We purified a protein whose structure (apo) is already known in pdb
database and determined the crystal structure with a component of buffer.
Can we submit this structure in pdb database and publish it as a research
paper (only structure)?  Also can anyone suggest some journals for this?
