Dear ccp4bb,
I encounter a problem with Coot:
Trying to "Add OXT" to C-terminal residues Coot shuts down as soon as I
press "Add it".
However, not always...
I work on a mono-hexameric protein, and my best score is successful
adding an OXT to 4 of the s6 ubunits.
And this after stubbornly trying and directly saving coordinates after
an OXT was added.
Alternatively I could place an O-atom and "Make link" to the "terminal" C
versions used:
CCP4 7.0.048
Coot 0.0.8
MacOS 10.13.2 on MacBookPro
