Dear all, A postdoctoral position is immediately available in Dmitri Ermolenko's laboratory (School of Medicine, University of Rochester, Rochester, NY, USA, https://www.urmc.rochester.edu/labs/ermolenko-lab/ ). Our lab is using a combination of biochemical and biophysical approaches including single-molecule FRET microscopy to study the role of secondary structure of mRNA in regulation of translation initiation and elongation in bacteria and eukaryotes. Postdoctoral candidates that recently obtained PhD degree in biochemistry, molecular biology or biophysics are encouraged to apply.
