The use of three-dimensional structures of biological macromolecules is part of the daily life of many biologists. The major approach to solve the three-dimensional structure of biological macromolecules is X-ray crystallography. This MOOC constitutes a complete initiation to biological crystallography: from the history of the method to its practical tools. The course, which begins on November 6th, is designed for French speaking biology graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, engineers or biology researchers.
