Dear colleagues,
I would like to inform you that EMBL Hamburg is currently advertising
for a Team Leader/Head of the Sample Preparation and Characterization
Facility.
The Sample Preparation & Characterization (SPC) facility supports
external researchers carrying out experiments on 3 EMBL beamlines ( 2x
MX and 1 SAXS) and hosts a variety
of instruments and techniques, including a high-throughput
crystallization platform, various biophysical characterization
approaches and several methods
to characterize protein/ligand interactions. An extension of the SPC
activities is hosted in the new Centre for Structural Systems Biology
(CSSB).
The EMBL SPC facility has a strong track record in the development and
implementation of new technologies and approaches.
Deadline for application is the 3rd September 2017.
