Research Technician Position in Structural Biology at CNIO (Spanish National Cancer Research Centre, Madrid, Spain) A 3 years NIH-funded research technician position is immediately available for a highly motivated structural biologist in the Crystallography and Protein Engineering Unit at the CNIO’s Structural Biology and Biocomputing Programme. The Unit provides state-of-the-art infrastructures for protein production and posterior structural studies, which includes high-throughput protein crystallization instrumentation. The successful applicant will be involved in a number of drug discovery projects that involves all the stages that lead to the determination of protein structures in the presence of inhibitors for further development. The candidate must have a strong background in molecular biology, protein expression/purification, X-ray crystallography and SAXS.
