Dear ccp4ers,

I was wondering if someone does know (and hence could let me know in turn) an E.coli strain which lacks both of the sdh (succinate dehydrogenase) and frd (fumarate reductase) operon, so that bacteria do no longer retain any activity from complex II or similar. I know the question is off-topic but I am confident about your kindness.

Cheers

Fulvio
