Dear all,
There are many tutorials out there about how to use the different
density modification programs but less about people's preferred strategy.
I have a MIRAS solvent-flattened map from Sharp+Solomon. Alternatively
running RESOLVE density modification on the phases obtained after my
last Sharp run looks interesting. Do people usually try to combine the 2
approaches (traditional + statistical density modification?). What is
your favourite approach?
