I forgot to reply to this in December. I couldn't reproduce it. The icon was apparently updated (C:\CCP4\6.5\...) by the installer. The command is the same as in the previous versions, except for the path (6.5 instead of 6.4). Hard to tell what didn't work without more details. Sometimes changing environment variables in the registry has no effect until rebooting or logging out and in. Maybe this was the case.
