Hi All, I was wondering if anyone knew off the top of their heads if there are any specific protein side chain residues which coordinate or react with Tetrachloroplatinate ions. I'm working on a low-res structure and was wondering if I could use the sites of platinum coordination as a starting point for assigning sequence. My crystal conditions were at pH 7.5.
