Thank you for the correction.  I suppose 100th makes so much more sense to
me, that I didn't notice that it does indeed say 104th (which matches their
little biography saying she was born in 1910).   Maybe they're celebrating
this birthday because this year is the IYCr?  .and they might have missed
her birthday four years ago?
