Hello,

I have a model, from a collaborator, of a long RNA molecule. The model
was generated by splicing together different pieces of RNA structure, so
that bases that are paired are close together in the file, while the
bases in the linear nucleotide are dispersed throughout the file, but
all with the same chain-id:

If these are the rna segments A through K
A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H-I-J-K

They pair like this:

A-C-E-G-I-K
| | | | |
B-D-F-H-J-
and represent a linear sequence:

A-C-E-G-I-K-J-H-F-D-B

Is there an easy way to renumber this model so that the numbers
represent the linear rna sequence?

Thanks,
Mark
