Hi I run latest CCP4 as of today, 6.4.0 update 12 and CCP4i 2.2.1 When trying to run pointless/aimless from the interface the script generated show no HKLIN and hence program fails running. If I do “Run&View Com-file” and manually add HKLIN at proper place in the script, it runs fine. This problem was introduced a few updates ago.
