To anyone else who is thinging of unsubscribing from any
mailing list:
There are two aspects to any e-mail list - the items posted
to all the subscribers to that list and the management of the
list of subscribers.
If you post your 'unsubscribe' request to the list then you
will just have told everyone subscribed to the list that you
are no longer interested in the discussions. And you will
not have succeeded in unsubscribing.
If you look at the end of any e-mail from a list you will
find instructions about how to manage your subscription.
Or you can google the name of the list and get to a web page
with list management instructions.
