Dear All, Does anyone have experience with the FreezerMill for lysing E coli? see: http://www.spexsampleprep.com/products_by_category.aspx?cat=2 It seems to be more for "tissues", but perhaps it could also be used for lysing reasnoble quantities of E coli - the reason for asking is that I have to decide whether it would be useful for us and if so, to support its purchase.
