Dear lisa,

this is a warning message, not an error message. Unless sharp does not
work properly, I would not change anything. If sharp does not work
properly, install a copy of ccp4 6.3.0. You can do this in parallel to
6.4.0 and present to correct directory to the configuration script of
sharp.
