Hi you can also try dynamic light scattering of different fraction of the peak.it will help you to know the exact molecular size of individual peak..glutaraldehyde crosslinking is also a good option..increasing the concentration of protein may shift the equilibrium in the direction of higher molecular weight polymeric state of that protein as it has worked in one of my case..try some additive like arginine & glutamate while concentrating your protein and before SEC..it works sometime..
