Application Scientist "Biological Crystallography" (full-time) The successful candidate will join the Biological Crystallography group providing advice and training to new and existing customers. The position is based in a modern laboratory equipped with a range of systems for customer demonstrations and testing. The successful candidate will hold a PhD in a relevant subject, and previous experience in biological crystallography. The position requires the candidate to have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to manage projects and deadlines effectively in a customer service environment. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the use and maintenance of X-ray instruments, experience of teaching and a high-level of competence in protein crystallography. This is a position with contacts to Bruker's application facilities and customer sites worldwide. The position calls for a significant amount of international travel to participate in conferences, Bruker seminars or workshops. Bruker offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
