I am seeking a talented and highly motivated post-doctoral researcher to join the Structural Virology laboratory at Monash University. The successful candidate will have a recent PhD in biochemistry or related area and a strong background in structural biology. Some experience in virology would be a plus. My research focuses on understanding the evolution, assembly and virulence of viruses. The Structural Virology laboratory is fully equipped for X-ray crystallography and has frequent access to the neighboring Australian Synchrotron. Monash University is located in the Melbourne area on the East coast of Australia.
