Dear Maher, as far as I know pymol uses the APBS (http://www.poissonboltzmann.org) for the calculations and your question is answered in the FAQ: http://www.poissonboltzmann.org/apbs/frequently-asked-questions/what-are-the-units-of-electrostatic-potential (kT/e)
