Correct, CCP4 6.1.13 is also good. I notice that the SIGMAA documentation in 6.1.13 isn't up-to-date & doesn't mention 'DFC'; my apologies for that omission.
However if you run it, the log file says something like: Option PARTIAL -- map coefficients: (a) Fourier map: 2mFo-DFc exp(i phic) (b) Difference map: 2(mFo-DFc) exp(i phic) HKLOUT contains columns H K L ...
