Dear all, I have a protein with molecular weight of 45 kDa which is part of a multisubunit complex. I was able to crystallize it, which diffracted to resolution of 8 Angstroms. I would like to increase the resolution of the protein crystals by trying to keep the protein intact with less possible truncations as its a part of a complex.
