Hi,I think you have the terminology wrong: Rmerge (or Rsym nowadays when most diffraction data is recorded from a single crystal) is provided by the data frame diffraction software, not by a refinement program. "Internal agreement" of the data so to speak.
Can you tell us more what you are looking for? R-factor and R-free perhaps? Fred.
