Hi there I wonder if anyone can recommend a good review/paper describing crystal structures that show high energy residues in active sites. By that I mean residues that may be in a strained conformation and rotate between conformations, such that they may even switch into unfavoured ramachandran regions during their activity, but that the strained high energy state is relevant to the enzyme activity?
If I get enough responses I will list them and post them back up. Thanks so much in advance Gina Notice: This e-mail message, together with any attachments, contains information of Merck & Co., Inc.
