Hi Rui,

to get it work, I would make sure that I have the last version of X-code
tools, and update X-quartz with the last version 2.4.0, you can download it
here:  http://xquartz.macosforge.org/trac/wiki
I would also update fink and the source list which are different for Intel
and PPC: check Bill's webpage 
http://sage.ucsc.edu/~wgscott/xtal/wiki/index.php/Getting_your_fink_installation_to_use_packages_that_I_have_pre-compiled
http://sage.ucsc.edu/~wgscott/xtal/wiki/index.php/Sources.list_for_10.5_intel_only

And then reinstall coot via fink, and it should work:
