Hallo Francis,
You have to process them one after the other. I believe that's the same
with all integration software.
I recommend starting with the high resolution data set, process until
convergence and then use those settings as starting values for the low
resolution images.
Once you are done you can scale them together with scala, xscale, or
whatever scaling program you prefer.
It's worth setting REFERENCE_DATASET in XDS.INP for the low resolution
data set to the XDS_ASCII.HKL from the high resolution set. That way you
ensure that both are consistently indexed.
