I have a Se-Met crystal diffracted to 5.6A and a full data set of the same native crystal diffracted to 2.8A. Since I can hardly improve the quality of the Se-Met crystal, may I ask some suggestion from the community about am I able to solve the structure based on the above resolution, and how?
