Hello all I've made a mask by MAMA from a PDB file. I also used command "Atom_fit" to check that all of the atoms were covered by the mask. But after converting the mask to ccp4 format and opening in COOT, the mask was too small, only covered half of the model. The mask was cut along two axis. I cannot find out the reason.
