Hi all, Is there a server to quickly check, given an antibody structure, if the CDRs are in the canonical structural classes (except for the H3). I've already looked here (http://www.bioinf.org.uk/abs/index.html). I'm also looking for a latest reference on the canonical structures although I have some pre-2000 references.
