I have always generally assumed it is the same as the error model
described in the SCALA manual under the SDCORR card. With the exception
that scalepack does not use the "middle" term (sdB), but rather allows
for a different sdADD for each resolution bin.
I suppose ZO is the only one who can tell you for sure?
