Hi all, I'm looking for a paper which has a figure that plots alpha-helical propensity against homopolymer length for various types of amino acids (i.e., alanine, glutamate, and leucine) - with or without an N-terminal cap (experimental or theoretical is fine). I've not found anything that is layed out in a quick-read format suitable for a lecture.
