FYI: I spent some time evaluating the iZ3D today as well.  Like the others, 
this LCD-based solution is dependent on DirectX/3D drivers.  But even if it 
weren't, there is far too much cross-talk between the two stereo images for it 
to be usable with PyMOL, Coot, etc.

While the iZ3D's stereo ghosting might be passable for gaming, it just isn't up 
to professional stereo visualization standards.  I think we're still out of 
luck for the time being...
