The project concerns proteins of Moraxella catarrhalis and their interactions with human proteins. The work includes inter alia: - cloning and expression of proteins, - purification, characterization and crystallization of proteins, - collection of X-ray diffraction data and processing, - mapping of macromolecular structures and structural analysis. Qualifications: The applicant should have a broad experience in chemistry/biochemistry. Previous experience of work with biochemical and molecular biological methods and X-ray crystallography is qualifying.
