Response was unfavourable. Noted reliability and service issues.
Imaging quality was not described in this response.
Just to make it 50-50 we are the happy owners of a Farm for 4 years
now. Service has been excellent (but Delft is 20 mins from our
Institute),
there have been some problems in particular around software updates
that have been resolved, and the image quality
is very good. We are pretty happy with it and we use it regularly.
