From a google search for your error below, which was: nvidia: disagrees about version of symbol struct_module I found http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=76705 where an Nvidia employee said: Judging from this error message, the kernel development files installed on your system do not match the running kernel exactly. My guess is you'll need to install the correct kernel-PAE-devel package.
