Dear CCP4 community,
We have the possibility of purchasing a new ITC instrument and have been very interested in the ITC200, which is promoted as an instrument appropriate for ~10-fold reduction in sample volume. However, I have also heard that the concentrations required to get good signal are higher than that of their standard instrument.... 1. Has anyone used the ITC200 (microcal)? If so, do you see improved sensitivity? 2.
