Therefore if you are looking for a NADH structure you need to look for the structure of a NAD containing enzyme in the reduced state.
NADH has the label "NAI" in the pdb, where as NAD+ is labelled "NAD". NAD+ and NADH are also slightly different at the nicotinamide ring due to the extra hydrogen.
