The pre-1998 CCP4 Study Weekend Proceedings are available from the
Daresbury Lab e-pubs ("electronic publications", for those not familiar
with e-speak) system via:

(I checked and the one Ian mentions is there).
There's a link to this from the CCP4 "courses" page but I guess it's not
very easy to find ... any suggestions on improving this are welcome!
