There is no cert guide for SP. But following books should be helpful for
written and also lab.

Jeff Doyle vol 1 and 2
internet routing arch. - Halabi
QoS - Wendel odom
MPLS VPN arch. - vol 1 and 2
Traffic Engineering with MPLS
Layer 2 VPN Architectures

If you are new to MPLS, you can first read MPLS fundamentals.
