what's the reason for having 2 separated message type for LAN HELLO? why don't they used same principle used on p2p? 1 message and 1 multicast address .. when is received by the routers ..it check the Circuit Type ..if is L1 also check area field and establish adj or not and if is L2 establish adj.. Why two packets ?
