I have never heard anyone trying this - so I'll ask here... Let's say your 90 payment limit day is approaching, and your lab date is scheduled in 90 days time. Therefore you pay.
Now... Lets say you see a date available sooner in your favourite test lab a week or so later in (say) 20 days time. Now... What happens if I want to do the lab in 20 days? Can I just book it in? With the payment already being made will it all be valid? Or is this too difficult for the scheduling system?
