guys ..pls i need a little help.
priority *setup-priority [hold-priority]*
those two options confuse me

Luc De Ghein in his "MPLS Fundamentals" said this :
Important TE tunnels have a low setup priority (so that they can preempt
other tunnels) and a low holding priority (so that other tunnels do not
preempt them).

So TE1 setup-priority will "attack " hold-priority to the other tunnels ?
It is not a 1 to 1 related ? setup-priority "attack" setup-priority and
hold-priority is a tie-breacker ins case where setup-priority are equal?
