Honestly, I am not entirely sure whether you can find it on the DocCD.
That's one of those things that you are "expected to know", similarly
to the contents of RFC1918. What Proctor can help you with is
rounding. For example, you may go and I ask if it was OK to round
STM-4 to exactly 622.000 Kb/s, instead using the exact value (which,
admittedly, I do not know).

Yes, that simply means that prefix in question was not installed into
RIB from BGP, but from another source. However, there is one thing to
be careful about here. If you are asked not to have those prefixes in
IGP, this could be an indicator that you didn't do that bit correctly
and that prefixes are carried in IGP.

I would feel comfortable using "force", unless lab asks you not to (unlikely).
