Thanks Jo,

Do I have to read all of them?, or the selected books only as i said below
should be enough to cover the written.

Cheers!

Antonio

The books that you have already will be more than enough for the written.

Enjoy!

Hi Guyz,

I just passed my Lab exam on RS last friday, I want to gear up immediately
for CCIE SP Written.

Books I have now:

1) MPLS and VPN Architecture Vol 1

2) MPLS and VPN Architecture Vol 2

3) MPLS Fundamentals

4) MPLS Configuration on Cisco IOS Software

5) Internet Routing and Architecture

6) BGP Design and Implementation (on order)

7) End-to-End DSL Architecture (on order)

8) Building Cisco Metro Optical Networks (METRO)

9) Cisco IOS XR Fundamentals

10) Traffic Engineering with MPLS (on order)

11) Layer 2 VPN Architecture (on order)

Other Books I have coming from RS:

1) TCP/IP Vol1 / Vol2 --- this is where i'll get IS-IS

2) QoS Study Guide

Planning to read only for the Book items above 1, 2, 5, 7, 8, 9. Will this
cover what I need for the written???

I'll use the other books for the Lab reference materials later.

Need you recommendation please on the materials that i need to use for the
written exam.

I'll be getting IPExpert Materials after finishing MPLS and VPN Arch 1 and 2
so I can simulate while studying for my written.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards,

Antonio
