Gday Bryan,

The penny has dropped. What I failed to do was break the R8<->R9
connection and see what happens!
Shortest AS-Path was fooling me that things were okay. Thanks for the
clarification.

On a side note - this was probably one of the best vendor labs I've
done so far.
Looking forward to getting stuck into Labs 2 through 5 in Vol 2.
