Hi, You mean there is a route in the global table and u want to access that destionation from the vrf.
From VRF to Global. Well in that case you can use the VRF leak command with the global key word and redistribute the route to the PE-CE link. From Global to VRF. For the reachiblity of the PE-CE link on the router which is in the VRF. You can put a static route pointing to the out going interface and advertise it in the IGP core. This will ensure end to end reachiblity without using NAT.
