I would strongly recommend Cisco Press Layer 2 VPN Architectures.

Also browse the www.cisco.com site for materials about topics in the blueprint.

I have taken the Metro Ethernet exam and these were the two sources I have found most useful for me.

Also you may wish to take a look at Cisco Press MPLS and VPN Architectures.
