Although you may be able to find a way around the reload, it is highly
recommended that if you are modifying the label range on your devices, and
you have already enabled mpls and ldp then you should reload.  Clearing the
neighbors won't change what you have in the LIB, which is where the local
labels are stored.

Is there a problem with performing the reload?
