Can you get to the next hop ok? BGP (or any other RP) does not like it when the next hop is unreachable. Try to ping the next hop. If you cant, look into that. I also notice you are using route-reflectors. Are they set up properly? ie "route-reflector-client" on the RR for all reflector client peers?
